Lena Kiesling is a Neurofeedback Technician and volunteer research intern at Healthy Within. She recently graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology from San Diego State University in 2026. While at SDSU, Lena interned in the Psychology Undergraduate Advising Office, helping students navigate the complexities of college academia and advocate for themselves. She also has experience working with elementary-aged children, including those on the Autism Spectrum.

Lena is passionate about inequities and the abundance of roadblocks within the healthcare system, as well as holistic and preventative medicine. She hopes to grow into a career where she will work to support underserved populations and promote a healthier society. She is excited about the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience while working at Healthy Within, and eventually will pursue further education in the fields of Psychology and Public Health.

Outside of work, Lena enjoys doing yoga and taking walks, especially on the beach. She also loves cooking and spending time with friends, exploring the beautiful city of San Diego!
