Rachel Farrington is committed to assisting her clients in achieving optimal performance and improvement in their desired areas through Neurofeedback therapy. She provides a compassionate, nurturing atmosphere where clients feel secure and heard. Rachel is particularly interested in anxiety, developmental trauma, cognitive disability, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Rachel’s passion for neuropsychology led her to obtain her Othmer Method Certification in Neurofeedback Therapy, which employs client-centered and individualized protocols to achieve more remarkable clinical outcomes for various applications, thereby reducing symptoms and enhancing performance.

Rachel Farrington is nearing completion of her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and is pursuing additional training in Neurofeedback to attain higher certification and expertise. Rachel formerly served as the coordinator for Special Education Needs, where she acquired experience with mental health and additional needs/disability. She went on to serve as a Case Manager in a Pennsylvania public mental health facility. There, she worked with clients to reduce homelessness and hospitalizations among those with behavioral health and co-occurring disorders by promoting more independent living through access to resources, support, and treatment.

Raised in the Caribbean, Rachel deeply appreciates Caribbean culture and cuisine. She is passionate about being in nature, yoga, and making new friends. She values family and friendship and finds that staying connected to loved ones helps her maintain a healthy life balance.
